yes, it was a dumb idea.
but I think the department could pay for SOMETHING considering the townspeople cover EVERYTHING else!!!!!!!!!!
i also understand the bike accidents, aren't you REQUIRED to wear a helmet or you will be FINED $25? Why was this issue not addressed?
