You do realize IF they lock him up, you will get No child Support from him?
You can petition for garnishment of his salary if he works at GD. Apart from that you qualify for AFDC and Medicaid for your children. The Goverment will then go after him.
I agree all Dead Beat Dads and MOTHERS, should be punished for failing to support their children.
My Ex-wife owes over $30K for 17 years of court ordered child support. She has paid one time payment of $188 in 1990. Every time I file for garnishment in Bell County, she changes jobs and the cycle starts again.

There are private CS collections companies that will go after ALL assets in his name.

I am not jealous of anything. Have no reason to be jealous. Your just really good at pointing out his faults while making yourself sound like the victim. You both made mistakes, its a fact of life in every relationship. Just grow up and admit that you were wrong too. I would rather have my "nurses education" than your lack of education. The kids are the only ones being hurt in all this.

barb,,,,,,why on earth would you plant flowers when wendell and jennifers house is about to get foreclosed on?? it well never be called your house, my name is on the finance papers and they notified me and said wendell has not paid on it since dec,, three months almost four months behind they aske me if i wanted to take over payments and i said hell no,, he has a pig living in it! could you imagine what it smells like on the inside?

Its really not your business why I plant flowers. And for your information, if anything happens to happen, according the will, it all becomes mine. It ceased to be your house when the judge gave it to him in the divorce. Your name on the finance papers is a technicallity. Now stay the hell out of OUR business!
