Sounds like Your Ex Friend got caught in a lie.. I have a Client currently in TDCJ for 10 years on a Plea Bargain.. He took the plea because the CPS workers were going to remove his son and place him in Foster Care.. The CPS worker said" I'll bury him so deep in Child Protective Foster care, you'll never see him again" (I have this recorded). We are currently working on exonerating him.. All because he wouldn't let his 12 yr old Step-Daughter go to a sleep-over while she was grounded.. She has even recanted the story after 5 1/2 years, saying she was trying to get even with him.. Guess what? He still has to serve the 4 1/2 years left on his sentence. Because he took the plea to keep his family together, he has no recourse of appeal. Fucked by the System to protect his kids.. Even the one that lied.

My daughter told me that Rob had touched her in wrong ways also.. She is in therapy and does not want to go any further with the matter do to the fact she wants nothing to do with this perv. I was in shock of all this and had no time to think. I am truly sorry to the family that this has happend. It makes me sick that you think you no someone and hes just another looser. I hope that someone treats him the same way he treated these girls in prison. i hope this man never gets out.

people...just leave all this alone..stop defending him to those who are.this man was very scary.i lived with him.i no. he said he was guilty in court a man who didnt do it would fight for his life rather then spend half in prison half on probation.i no for a fact that he did it. he told me him self n said as long as you dnt tell your mom its cool. i was scared my mom barly found out that he did do it..ad i no other reasons y this man should never!!!!!!!ever!!!!!get out
