The man who had sex with my mother, is in a sexual relationship with his half sister. I have found out this has been going on for years, my mom passed away when I was 4 years, he has never been a father, I was raised by an uncle who just passed away. They are 46 years old and 56 years old, is this incest? What can be done about it?

It sounds like you may be speaking of Ann Herdman and Greg Messer, are you? They are sister/half brother who have been having sexual relations since she was 22yrs old and he was 15 yrs old, they are now 57 yrs old and 48 yrs old.
If any of you know Ann Herdman 509 Florence Street Belpre Ohio,ask her how it is to have sex with her brother?
