Larned is to big not to have an emergency room and 4 or 5 beds. The reason I say this most of this town is made up of the ealderly people and what happens if it is major you have to travel almost thirty miles to go to the nearest hospitial. And with the 4 or 5 beds Larned should have just incase they need to watch them over night but if they need more help seend them to the next hospitial.
