This home would be 100k+ any where, but is for sale for only $35,500. in Glasco, Kansas.

$35,500 in Glasco is way to much money...for a town who has no grocery store, no gas station, a school that is barely hanging on and has under 300 kids in it (if that many)...if they get $15,500 for it it will be a miracle.

This is Glasco, NOT Delphos that cant giveaway a house.

If Glasco is so bad then why are so many Delphos/Ottawa County People moving here? Why does Delphos have so many empty home and lots? Why are your taxes so high? Why do you have to pay for a privately own landfill? Why does your water, sewer, trash, etc. cost you so much? Why is your mom and dad also brother + sister? LOL

Face it, both Delphos and Glasco suck. If you purchase a house in either "town", you are pissing away your money.

That's funny Glasco had a record # of homes sell in 2008 then this year they have already sold 8 homes. Thats seven more then Delphos has sold in 2009, Pluss Glasco's home price has gone way up while Delphos homes have bottomed out. A home that sold in Delphos five years ago for $47,500. sold this years for $20,000. a loss of $27,500. in just five years. Glasco sold more real estate in 2008 for a record price then any town same size or smaller in Ottawa, Cloud, or Mitchell Counties. So thanks for playing - and watch the deer on two highway.

Glasco is a fine community of super people. I will buy the house for the asking price. I plan to turn the home into a hothouse marijuana growing facility. Soon, huge fattie buds from 12 foot tall kaya plants will bulge through the windows and perfume the air with the sweet smell of da kine indica G-13 spliffage. Rastafari......

I agree with you deedmanwalking,

We just closed on the house in Glasco! My people will be there this afternoon to gut the home to make room for the weed growing operations. We hope to make many friends in Glasco and will provide the surrounding areas with quality bud at a fair price.

THERE are many of us who prefer to live away from town,,,those of us who are survivors ,,,those of us who grow the things that in town people need for your convenient lifestyles,,,,those of us who prefer the inconvenience of driving a ways to the store ,,,those of us who are raising our children AWAY from crime and oppression......I would expect to pay MORE for that, it would be worth it

They just sold another home at auction today in Glasco for $53,500.00 thats nine homes this year. Luv It!!!!
