15th ave adult bookstore

As for free advertisement its just not the case.
Those who really want to find this place can.
Not just word of mouth but this particular bookstore is all over the net.
I've found it talked about in social media sites, various server sites that list groups have it, net forums have it, and of course it has its own web site.
Its rare to find an adult bookstore with its own web site much less all the other forums that seem to sponsor it.
So my humble little posting on topix can handle compete with all of those posting sites.
But what i do hope to accomplish is
1 ) to warn those who are considering going.
2 ) to warn parents of 18+ teens what dangers there 18+ teens face by goign in there
3 ) to warn the community thatr sex offenders, rapists, perverts, mobsters, etc are now in their community as a result of this bookstore.

As an added bonus i know that somewhere out there is someone considering turning states evidence against this bookstore.
1 ) disgruntled employee ( past or present )
2 ) unhappy customer
3 ) political official
5 ) cop
6 ) town worker or county worker ( health/fire dept ?)
Maybe they want to come clean so they won't get busted or at least reduce their sentence.
Maybe they just want to do the right thing.
Whatever the reason at some point in time a whistleblower will come foreward they always do.
If they wait until AFTER the place gets raided they usually do fair as well in court.
See Andrew Young in the John Edwards trial he would have gotten off scott free had he came forward BEFORE the arrests. Now he'll face his own trial but with a reduce sentence for his co-operation.
So keep that in mind better to step forward BEFORE the feds move in.
Think about it.
Money laundering, tax evasion these are federal offences.
Big time jail time in a federal prison.
Turn whistleblower and you can walk away from it.
Don't ruin your life over an adult bookstore.

Nothing illegal last forever and there will be a time it gets closed or citations. Your explianation above was the best I read yet about your feelings regarding the store. Before you made it sound like your mad cause your husband or BF whatever [just example] went their and you found out now your pissed and want to fuk them over. But....my question is : is it illegal for a adult book store that has private parties and at certain times goes private members only then considered a "adult social club" that has sexual activities inside, is it illegal to engage in sex there if members are not paying the person to perform sex acts, but rather paying a membership fee or entrance fee to the club, and the sex is free "according to the store by just my theory"? I don't see the criminal elements to prostitution statue. Now business law, well Im not sure it illegal to have sex in the store, I don't see why not if over 18 cause sex is not illegal only prostitution is.
Yes we all know that's not what really prob goes on, but unless you have e evidence beyond a reasonable doubt no way they be convicted. No jury will send someone to prison for just having group sex when you can't prove it's paid for. And your "secret shoppers" isn't enough creditabilty to just say so, you need evidence.

your opinion of me in the past was probably influnced mostly by the customers who post on here against me all the time.
They are out to protect this bookstore at all cost so if that means spreading lies and insults about someone they'll do it.
Glad you are now seeing past that.
I've often asked them ( polietly too ) for a debate on any and all issues of this bookstore.
From the money laundering, tax evision, property value, to the dangerous sex.
They never once took me up on the offer.
I don't expect them or even you to agree with me.
But it would be nice to just once discuss all the issues as adults not as kids slinging insults with dirty language.
There is plenty of info out there on the net about this bookstore.
Do some research and you'll be amazed.
From multiple business names to pics and video of unprotected sex with total strangers.
Sex laws are confusing and cops usually don't want to press it.
However there are plenty of shady business deals going on here that are federal crimes.
Its those crimes that will eventually get this place busted.

The Adult bookstore does sell Daily Memberships to all the customers,thus calling themselves a Club.So,that they are not Liable for the Actions the customers take.Yet the sign on the business reads;Adult Bookstore.There are different laws that apply to Bookstores vs Adult Clubs.

Next,the Adult Bookstore does have a sign posted in the business that reads;No Sexual Acts Allowed.This again is an effort to protect the Adult Bookstore.

Next,the Adult Bookstore does bring in Wannabe Porn Stars,Escorts,etc.and does Pay them to be there to bolster business.Now,this is very difficult to prove because they are paid in Cash.It's Hard to Follow a Cash Trail.Plus,the people doing this will Never say anything about what is really transpiring here.The owners of the Adult Bookstore know these people,and yes they are all intertwined,so busting this up is very difficult.

To be straight forward here,the Adult Bookstore is low on the Radar Screen as far as the Things to Close List.The Local authorities will do nothing as long as no one else pushes them to do so.But,they are being looked at All The Time.(it only takes one mistake)

Thanks for being my tool. You are helping to keep this thread alive. The bookstore will try anything to stay open. I need to let all the newbies at Topix know what a sick place this bookstore is. I will continue letting the world know what fies on there. The unprotected sex, the multiple businesses, the money laundering, the payoffs. I sm succeeding. I have never been there but I will continue to fight it for our community. After that I will work to close the rest of them

You hit it on the mark about them in the parking lot.
Several other forums have pointed out that sex does occur on occasion in the parking lot.
These customers are feeling the pinch in the pocket book.
So will the bookstore when these guys don't show up and spend money INSIDE the place.
Just like the CTA bus the less people going in the more the rates go up.
Add to that fact the cost the bookstore has in electric - gas - water - employees pay - building maintenance costs - inspection fees - licenses fees - and of course graff money to the mob and political/police connections.
Just those increses is going to cost the bookstore to raise its prices.
And the more you guys stay away the more the price goes up too.
Which is why they are going to be pushing for 18+ getting out of school for the summer to become customers.
Parents take note of that.
Your 18+ teen is no match for these sex hustlers.
And just most sexually abused person don't look for them to tell you after the fact.
