This is a sad day when an innocent woman goes to prison because she was manipulated by her demeaning husband. Where has justice gone these days. They should be investigating him and his involvement, not he is getting off without a hitch. Hopefully appeal's will be granted and the true predator will be brought to justice.

Actually, the husband is not getting off without a hitch as you stated - he is being charged with crimes as well in this case. In my opinion, he will be convicted of being an accessory to the murder, hiding a corpse and stealing money. If convicted, he should be getting quite a few years behind bars as well.

The real losers in this case are the two children, Issac and Braxton. They won't have parents in their lives as they are growing up and worse yet - they may end up with David's parents - who are more manipulative than David is.

Seems this story crosses the state...but not being from the area, I know little about the families involved. Can someone enlighten me?

If I have it correct..and I sure hope I dont, Issac and Braxton were both signed over to the parents of David Sidoff! Hopefully the courts system gets it right this time around and Mary Sidoff gets her children back. I know she may face time behind bars as well, But we all know who the real KILLER is and I hope HE gets more than just quite a few years behind bars! His parents should be right behind him!

I am a fellow classmate of Mary, and I cannot believe what people do in desperation. Was she a good Student? yes. Participated in school activities? yes. I find it vey sad indeed that she did what she did, with or without her husband.

I went to high school with david and actully dated him, the things that you are saying about him being manipulating are just crap, he has never been like that when i knew him. I am not close to him nor do i even care for him at all we have not talked for even 3 yrs and i would never go out of my way to defend him but the fact is she had a choice to pick up a gun and kill someone else or not. She choose to kill someone was he involved only she and him know that, his children are the ones that suffer the most and his parents have never been anything but kind and caring and they would love those children till the end of time. Obviously there mother is a little unbalanced. She may have been a good person but she made a really bad choice.

12 people who listened to the whole story found the wife guilty. The husband has not been charged with anything having to do with the murder. I'm not sure I'd want my peers to make decisions without all of the facts. Are you trying to say that you don't believe in the justice system or are you saying that you cna't be open-minded. Would you want you to be on a jury?

I ask, because I know his girlfriend here in Wisconsin RIGHT now.And about the trouble. Do you find it natural for someone to kill someone for any amount of money and spend it like you just won the lottery.

if u ask me i think her friend, A.L.L. that testified was involved.mary is too little to drag a body and do all that stuff. A.L.L also helped mary paint over the blood. A.L.L even told me she knew mary was a theif, but continued to befriend her. i kinda knew dave and i was in a wedding with him and he doesnt strike me as a killer. i think he got caught up in the money, like we all honestly would. but i think mary did it and she DID have help.

Girlfriend, it would be nice if you would reveal yourself to Mary who continues to stick by David and claim his loyality to her. Maybe if she got angry at the SOB she might finally break through the lies she has been living the past year and find some peace. She does have to spend her time in prison while David gets to dally with you. Says a lot about his loyality to his family, doesn't it. Unfortanately, Mary swears David is a good man that would never cheat on her!
What goes around comes around. Yes David did shoot the woman, yes the lame excuse was that the law would overlook a woman's mistake and let her go with a smack on the hand. Someone had been watching too much television and believed too much crap from a psycopath. Still does. Mary was raised to stop when a man told her to. She was never allowed to make decisions or find her own answers, to question authority. In David she married a man that quaranteed to continue telling her how to run (and ruin) her life. Now the boys will grow up life just like dear old dad. I hope he gets time behind bars. I hope dear girlfriend you get a very long time to wait for his release. There are a great many people who do know what really happened that day. Too bad that the one who had a chance to prove it too David's advice in stead of telling the truth at the time. Yes, the legal system can fail. It has before. Justice was not properly served. Is Mary innocent? Of murder, yes. Of hiding a crime, No. So girlfriend, when will you be talking to Mary, or her family. I'm certain they are anxious to meet you as well.

Not even sure why I check this anymore, considering it's exgirlfriend now...its a mutual thing with everything that is going on.... but I have met the family minus Mary...not sure what's up with that besides the fact that they are in the middle of the divorce. I do not have much more to say on who's guilty/who's innocent because nobody really knows. My guess is to go with what the courts say....

leave the girlfriend alone. she has nothing to do with what happen to the old lady, and that's what this is all about.to the girlfriend, tell dave i really know what happen. tell him i told him to stay strong.the courts were wrong, cuz they didnt get everyone involved.i am the sister of A.L.L, i've known her forever, and i know the truth.it's funnny cuz even though the courts didnt convict her, she's going through hell right now. karma is a bitch what goes around comes around. i just want everyone to know that dave is a good man.i feel bad for the kids but thats a different story. girlfriend or ex what ever you are. i think oyu should be there for daave and dont give up. it will make him love you more if you stay with him. he needs someone right now who he can trust.

HELLO, are you kidding me the guy was at work. Where do you get off saying that he manipulated his wife.If you watched the news at all, she distinctally confessed on television that she did it. Now why would she confess on National Television if she didnt do it. THINK ABOUT IT

Daily Horoscope for December 24

Pisces

Although you're busy putting the finishing touches to your Christmas preparations, you'll also have to pay attention to someone who's feeling neglected or unloved. Luckily, it won't take much to make this person feel better, so a big hug or a little consideration might do the trick. You should also bear in mind that they may be feeling nostalgic or sad about the past.
