The real proiblem is how circuit court judges are appointed and not elected in Wisconsin as people think. Judge resign so a new judge leaving the powers that be still in control in each community. This has created the Wisconsin judiciary of today. With the massive amount of damage the judiciary has done to the youth and poor of Wisconsin. The people should be outraged. Wisconsinhas five times more poeople in jail than anyother place in the world. Crime is rampant in Wisconsin in the judiciary and as the number show almost none existant in the public sector. In 1970 russia had a lot of behaivior laws and was a police state, It was cold a cold war. Now Wisconsi has taken Russia place. And Wisconsi is a cold place to be for a good honest citizen. 80% of all people 14 to 28 beleive they can be arrested and concicted of a crime they know nothing about. Wisconsinites all know someone who has been a victim of Wisconsin justice. Wisconsinites fear there judiciary. Even severallocal media outlets fear judges, knowing they are uncontolable and are not above any crimminal act. As the media reported a few years ago when a out of contorl Wisconsin judge knew he was above any law murdered his rival in Delevan. Wisconsin still refuses to address judicial accountability.
