BELLEVILLE — The following report appeared in the most recently released crime blotter by the Belleville Police Department:

MONDAY

7:19 p.m. DISORDERLY CONDUCT/IMPROPER SUPERVISION OF CHILDREN - Office Depot, 20 Carlyle Plaza. Officers responded to the business for a report of juveniles riding their bikes in the store. Management removed the boys, ages 11 and 12, who then began ringing a service bell outside the store. When confronted, the juveniles spit at the manager. The juveniles were located a short distance away and detained by police. The parents of the juveniles were contacted and arrived to pick up their children. Michelle Schmittling, 32, Sandra Korobey, 52, and Robert Strubberg, 40, were each issued nontraffic citations for Improper Supervision of Children and released on scene with a notice to appear.
