I'm not a huge Rush myself, but where he said,“We could almost say..." was sort of an important part. The word "could" in particular. Obama's the Commander in Chief now. Maybe it was his fault. Of course it wasn't HIS fault. It wasn't his fault any more than Katrina was Bush's fault even though he got the heat for it. Just saying.
