You can't see her car in the video clip...and obvious the white van (or truck or whatever) was coming up the hill. They teach you in driver's education to NOT pull out in front of people and NOT turn in front of people. These vehicles were going 60 MPH, not in frame-by-frame motion captured on a security camera. Get real...had the vehicle that was stopped turned in front of the van that t-boned the car...then the vehicle that was stopped could have been involved in the accident.

Brittany was in no way responsible because of the other drivers bad decision. She was stopped to make a left turn. How was it her fault? The other guy was speeding and driving recklessly.
