Chris Heitman is right where he planned to be - just a little early. At the age of 29, Heitman said he knew he would run for sheriff someday, but never thought he'd realize that goal at such a young age.

as a resident of bell ive seen lots of positive changes made by chris not by previous law enforcement. good luck to chris and his deputies. keep up the good work for the citizens of maries county as you did the citizens of belle no bs enough said
