Deadbeat Dads that don't pay child support and work for cash.

I'd say just hang him by his nut sack until they pop off, that way he can't breed anymore.

My X andy short said he would pay child support last week was his first payment and when I called him to ask if he has the payment or not he told me to go fuck my slef. and its only the first payment my sister said it will just keep adding up. this weekent was his week end february 2,3,4, to take the kids but he went to vages and did not pay child support. what can I do to make him pay?

She told me from the get go that she could'nt have children because she has polysistic ovarian somthing or other.Guess what...She got (the p word).she wants me to leave and told me that she is going to get restraining order and change his last name to hers.Icant afford to pay what the state requires.We argued last night and she basicly said that she was gonna have a child one way or the other.I'm not gay but god damn it would be a hell of alot easier.I really wish i were gay or at the very least a chick.Thats what i want to be... You failed to mention that your child is sweet and wonderful, and the reason that you can't afford to pay for child support is because you are an unemployed alcoholic that depends on your son's mother for your financial well being. Remember all of the facts before you make your child's mother look like the bad guy.

It's 30% plus medical insurance and the bitch can't even pay the co-payments give me a break!

This is a reply to Adrianna. OBVIOUSLY you are a moron! Did you or did you NOT read that these women DO have jobs and ARE taking care of their responsibilities! I work my butt off to raise my kids. I DID breed them and I DO feed them! BUT are you saying that it was NOT ok for us to "spread our legs" and get pregnant, but it was OKAY for the deadbeat POS man to not pull it out?? OMG, what planet do you live on? Certainly not planet earth. You, shouldn't make accusations about a topic you know little about. Sounds like someone has been feeding you some bogus information. It does take two to tango not one. And yes there may be some women out there that are “looking” to get pregnant but 90% of single moms are self-respecting and hard working and trying to get by.
When two people have unprotected sex, guess what, they run the risk of getting pregnant. If a man or women is concerned about getting pregnant, they shouldn’t have sex. If a baby is a result of the unprotected sex it’s the responsibility of both the man and the women. Not just one.

I am guardian to one of my brothers 4 children which he has abandoned. His first child, a beautiful girl, is now 18. He never supported her or took an interest in her. Thank goodness her mother remarried a man who took over and raised her as his own. The boy I am guardian to is 12, another boy, my sister is guardian to, is 10 and the 4th is 6, who is with his mother. The mother of the 12 & 10 year old had her parental rights taken away a long time ago.

Prior to these children, he paid for two abortions that I know about. My brother is the stupid slut here. Don’t you think he should have learned his lesson back when he was 17? But no, he’s the one who continued to have unprotected sex time and again. Now he’s a 38 year old slut. At some point shouldn’t he bare some of the responsibility? There is much more to this story, which would take days to explain. My point is you shouldn’t make accusations about people you know nothing about. My brother is a deadbeat dad, that’s a fact. You need to get your facts straight and judge yourself first.

No one is more powerful that the law! they say you can run but not hide... AS far as the child support it it best to file it through the state and they will track him down, get the automated check to your account, and they will even add the money up on how much he owes you plus interest. Pick up should not be a problem if you had legally divorced and shows that you are in custody of the child and if he did not pay child support you don't have to hand the kids over to him for the weekend. Take the step to go online or call you local state child support agency GOOD LUCK!!!

well if a man is going to have sex with a woman he should be equally responsable.my ex is only ordered to pay 45 a month child support what the hell is that in this day and age? he dont work hasnt in 2 years and wont because he takes care of 2 disabled people who get ssi disability and hes their payee so with all that money comming in he dont need to work. he could at least pay 150 a month. i work and i have to pay 300 amonth child support andi have a son i have yo provide for and iam sturggiling to keep a home food and utalitys on i dont have car insurance and my sticker exspired so i can no longer drive my car. if this man would pay his arreas of 2000 maybe just maybe i could get ahead a bit. woman dont make kids by them self what if a man had custody dont you think hed come after that woman for support? so where is that fair for u to say woman r sl;uts or whatever/men r TRAMPS!so iam a mom and i got stiffed by the dad but i have to pay the support.

You have a lot of nerve lumping all women together in this way. You are actually the disgrace to "decent" women. I certainly don't advocate lumping all men together as deadbeats either, but when TWO people enter into a relationship and have sex, there are then TWO people who are responsible for any children that result. It infuriates me that you say most men can't afford to pay support, rent, car, insurance, but you somehow expect that from a woman?! Why should the woman be stuck doing all of those things, in addition to taking care of their children day in and day out with NO HELP WHATSOEVER! It is supposed to be a fair and equal arrangement, in the best interest of the children for, between TWO PARENTS! Not one person doing everything. Furthermore, there are deadbeat moms out there, too. The bottom line is that it is shameful to neglect your child/children be it emotionally, physically or financially and it is ALSO shameful to defend those who do.
