What is up with these stores. Their customer service is shitty. I tried to purchase a chair, a simple chair, from them and they just couldn't accommodate me. I wanted to purchase the floor model and they told me I had to wait 12 weeks until they got another one. So, I said just order one for me like the display model, well that chair no longer comes in that color of leather, then WHY IS IT ON DISPLAY IF YOU CAN'T GET THE COLOR? That is what it is like living in Maine, no one is accommodating.
