Everytime I go to Walmart there are cars parked in the fire lane blocking the road! They should tow every last one of them off and give them all a ticket! If your that lazy to walk from the parking lot to the store then stay home!

Im not talking about letting someone out then moving, Im talking about parking and going in to shop. There is no room to park there, it clogs up the flow of traffic, they do have the cones & no parking fire lane signs up for a reason ya know..and no I dont and never have parked in the fire lane and went in shopping, You say not go when its busy? sorry but I work, Im not coming back out in the middle of the night to shop because of lazy self important azzholes that are to damn sorry to find a parking spot and walk a few steps to the store!

It's the truth it's a pain in the butt to get your car through that place. Whatever happened to them having security guards getting people to move there rides?

It is against the law [in at least 48 states] to park in a fire lane -even for as little as one minute. stopping momentarily is not the same as parking. Even law enforcement need to be responding to a 'call'[what little parking is allowed is strictly for emergency vehicles responding to emergency, and not at other times]. While cities may have tougher rules, they must follow state guidelines of which most follow both federal and international ones, making it definitely a CRIME!

I am not a doctor , but I can see. and when someone parks then goes in a solid run they do not look like they need the spot. It is a fine to use these spots. It is really hard for some of us to even walk from the handicapped spot. I am forced to use one of the power chairs myself when I get in the store. If I have to walk a long way I just cant go in. I have not gone in many time because I could not find a close spot. How unfair is it that I cant enjoy shopping because someone thinks they are more important than me? The guard should fine them.I am sure that its going to be answered for someday.
As for parking in the fire lane. It is not only for fire. If someone gets sick or hurt having a close spot for an ambulance could save a life, but I am sure that none of this matters to you as long as you do not have to walk a few extra feet. Just think of it this way. If you live long enough, you will need these spots, and some other smart kid will have taken the spot you need.

so you are more important than a heart patient ? With you x-ray vision how can you tell if they have heart problems or other problems that are now physical showing ? If they have a handicap placecard, then thay have medical evidence that supports their claim.

I have a heart problem, I am recovering but not fully their yet. I have a plachard. If you had one you would have no need to be bad talking people who do just because you are 2 lazy to walk a little. Why should I stay home? They have these chairs for people like me who need them and the parking spots for people who need them like me. If you are asking if I think I am more important than anyone then no.For a short distance I walk ok.
I never said anything about those cars with a plachard or plates. I would never go up to anyone with a plachard or plate and ask for proof.Im sure no one would lie and use one without needing it.I hope they would not. I dont know why anyone would try to deny a person the right to go to a store or post office or anywhere because they are disabled. temp or otherwise. Why would I not have the same right to go to these places as you? I have done nothing wrong. its you who are breaking the law by useing a spot without needing it.
You young people should be happy for the handicaped. We fought for your freedom. We were the doctors that helped give birth to you and helped you when you were sick. We were the teachers, the ones that built everything you take for granted. The ones that retired, Or got hurt. Maybe we were born with a problem. You should respect us enough not to try to take away our little bit of happiness and independance.
I was a hard working man for 35 years and would still be working if not for my problem, and god willing I will go back when Im able. But one thing is for sure. I never whined about having to walk a little farther when I was able,And wont if I am ever able to do it again.
I am sure that the way you sound that you are a punk that if you are working you really dont want to, And are just looking for a way to get your disability. Why else would you want to take a spot from a disabled person.
As I said before if you dont kill yourself or die young for some reason you will need a handicaped spot someday. I truley hope some young stupid punk doesnt try to take it from you.
Now lets see how you can twist this to make ME sound like the bad guy!!!!!!!!

I work 2 jobs have a home and kids, sometimes when I need like one thing I park there, run in, grab it and go. I don't care who likes it and who doesn't, I'm always on my feet, by the time I have been on them 12-16 hrs. at work those few steps mean a great deal to me, especially if I need one thing I can't purchase at any other store and am forced to go in. When I grocery shop and am going to be in there for any period of time I get a spot. Walmart is huge theres room for emergency vehicles before you start. Once again if you don't like it I don't care, lifes hard enough I'm not sweatin the stupid fire lane parking at Walmart. I bet the people complaining have no job, sit on their fat lazy but all day and smoke em some cigs! Go rag on someone selling drugs or stealing leave me and my occasional illegal parking alone!
