The petition states Gabaldon branded a weapon but it is a lie Gabaldon had no weapon with him. Sanchez killed Gabaldon thinking the media would not get involved but so far by the footage Sanchez has lied about Gabaldon branding a weapon and Gabaldon breaking out his truck window. A crime scene van pulled up and spoke to the murderer Luke Sanchez. Sanchez told the state police, paramedics, and several others conflicting stories about the murder he committed that night. One witness saw everything from his patio that night and was too terrified to speak with police at the scene. He made police enter his home to speak with him. Sanchez does have an honorable discharge from the military. But was discharged for medical reasons. During his term in the military he was ordered to speak with a pychiatrist after he almost killed a fellow soldier after a disagreement during a poker game. The pychiatrist stated Sanchez was a liability and ordered him discharged. Sanchez returned to Belen while he recieves disability checks from the Government.
