Is it legal for an attorney to have you removed from your own place of business by getting a judge to sign an ex- par tee order against you, all because you wanted to throw a consumer out?( a friend of the Attorneys) Did the judge have any right to sign such an order because in Nebraska you have the right to refuse service to anyone? Can a judge violate a person’s right because a attorney wanted him too? Can you sue a judge for doing such a thing?
