my daughter is learning how to drive in a car that I had bought for her to learn in ,her boyfriend WAS USING IT TO GET TO THEM TO WORK AT A NEW JOBS.He drove it to the intersection of western center and beach,he was turning right on a red light and he had his picture taken even though it is not against the law to make a right on red ,and there were no cars coming, the ticket was sent to me and since they had broken up by the time I RECIEVED THE TICKET ,I had to pay it ,no good deed goes unpunished.
