Ralph & Gary,
I wanted to tell everyone a story of how I was stranded with my truck not running right on a Friday with a boat load of tasks ahead of me. I needed to find out why my truck was making a clicking noise coming for the back end. I drove it over to Brutus Auto Repair to be met by Ralph & Gary smiling saying let’s take it for a test ride. Ralph got in and I wasn’t sure if it would do it for the professional you know how it sometimes never make the noise when put on the spot. Ralph heard the noise and said lets bring it back so we don’t do any more damage. They put it on a lift and found the problem. It was a bad universal joint. Ralph said if you can wait we can try to get it right back to you. Putting all other jobs on hold and treating this as the emergency it was blew my mind. This is how you treat family isn’t. I had my truck repaired in 45 minutes and at a wonderful price. I couldn’t have ask for better service if I did it my self which is funny cause when it comes to repairs on automobiles it is better left with the pros at Brutus Auto. Thank you for a job well done. I will be posting this letter on the internet and will be letting all who need auto repair to go to you. You guys are the best.

Here is what I can tell you about Brutus Auto:

If you are new to Manchester, NH, go here. I was from Nashua and very apprehensive about trying out shops on a whim. I was referred to Brutus Auto by a trusted source and was instantly overwhelmed. My wife had a minor battery issue and essentially cold-called the shop by just showing up, not the most convienient situation for the shop, but Ralph pulled her car in, made a couple tweaks and sent her on her way.

Keep in mind, this a woman who knows very little about cars, troubleshooting, or cost. Very easily, they could have said "Yup, you need a new blah, blah, blah..."

Of course he didn't. I was sold on that I could trust these guys to shoot it straight and with exceptional service and quality. I'm not sure what else you can ask for besides being able to call a mechanic and not have a defensive mindset or a pit in your stomach.

My own personal dealings are with Gary who is one of these guys who drops things to make room for you if he can. Gary spent a lot of his time fixing a ridiculously difficult wiper issue I was having. But Gary didn't charge me to guess at things. He was incredibly focused and determined to figure it out. After a few attempts he narrowed it down to a very obscure electrical issue that he showed me how to maintain and not have to drop $850.

So after all of that, I can't imagine why you'd waste your time or money at Pep Boys or Autozone or some hole in the wall. Brutus Auto is right downtown, next to the Fire Station, in a big blue building. They do full work on everything there. I've seen Volvos, Fords, Saabs, Cadillacs, Volkwswagons, you name it, coming in and out of Brutus Auto. Just call Gary and he'll take care of things for you.

It's nice having a trusted resource for cars in Manchester.

I've also had a great experience with this auto shop. High quality work, excellent customer service and reasonable prices.

I wouldn't trust anybody else with my 2 vehicles. Ralph & Gary are stand up guys,when I have an issue they take care of it ASAP. It is nice to know you have someone when you need them. Thanks guys!
