what's with confidentiality in clarinda hospital?

I recently ran in to a situation where a person who files papers at the hospital broke a major hipa law, by asking a personal question that was in my co workers file. What is up with that? I pulled my kids from there and took them to another doctor. This really upsets me!!!

Anyone who has ever lived in Clarinda knows first hand that Clarinda has their OWN laws and as long as Nobody complaines they continue on. Just walk into the dept. of Human services and you can hear the WHOLE office discussing their clients. It totally amazes me also that nobody in that town's state, government, or local offices knows the laws or is willing to abide by them, but yet the DHS and the LAW expect EVERYBODY else in that community to do so. My advice is to just completley stay away from that corrupt little town of Clarinda Iowa. I woulnd't even want to visit there.

I agree...anyone who has ever lived in Clarinda knows that it sucks there. If you aren't a member of certain families than forget it, you are not on the LIST...these people would get away with murder! I hate it there and am very glad to have moved away

I alsohave ended up in this little town for a couple of years now and you are rite they are corropt especially the government here. Wish I knew who to call to make waves for them they need tobe put off there hi horse
