That is where they need to put the new city bldg and put the parking garage in the center of the city. thats what you get with hilljacks like our mayor and the idjuts he hired to plan these projects. why cant we get rid of this guy?

Just Saying Beckley, WV	Reply » \| Report Abuse \| Judge it! \| #4 Aug 28, 2012 I heard that if you rent a parking space it is first come first serve. There will not be assigned parking spaces as there was previously. Also heard there would be some people that would have to park on the top exposed to snow, etc. You'd think this could be avoided if you're going to have to pay $30 a month parking.

Anyone else heard that? Heard that the planters will not be filled due to these issues All second hand and rumors but seems very strang it has yet to open.
