I along with 195 other investors fell victim to a Renee Dawn Manning in Tampa, FL. We were to get payments on our rental properties above PITI, that never happened and she kept the rent payments from our tenants, along with their security deposits. Do you know if this the same person? This scam sounds the same but the middle initial is different? Do you have a contact person (name and number) on this case?

well well well we finally did get our judgement for the Delano Fraud against c p wallin cole and r m manning plus legal fees, it is time to garnish wages and track where our money is located. The legal system is working to bring out the truth.
