They will ruin your special event as they did my husbands birthday! Dry cake, not enough icing, too expensive, and terrible looking "custom design". Please save yourself the upset. Even Food Lion has better looking cakes.

Im sure your husband,like most men,could care less about a cake.Try baking one yourself next time maybe you wont be so stressed.You need a hobby.

I've yet to hear anything good about them....cakes taste like a box cake mix....and you're right...not worth the money!

hey sandra, thanks for the boo hoo, have you ever spent 160.00 for a cake that was filled with icing instead of cake....Then, to go some where else to get more cake for a party ??? Plus the cake tasted like dryed out card board...Called the owner to thank her for the icing, and she has never called back to even explain...SAVE YOURSELF, GO TO WALMART or DO IT YOURSELF...Thanks Tracy for the mess you gave me..

I ordered a cake from A Piece of Cake for my wedding. The cake was terrible. It was lop sides, uneven, and the design was pathetic. Do not order a cake from them. They were also not cheap! She told me she gave me a deal on the cake and that is why it was the way it was, she never told me that when I was paying for it, would have much rather paid full price for a adequate cake. Overall, terrible experience. She told me to send pictures, and now will not respond to me.. Choose another bakery :(

I went to this place to order a speical cake for my son's first birthday party. A family member of the owner told me that this place was better then any around. I sent an e-mail with three pictures of cakes that I wanted her to look at and price out to feed 30 plus people. Tracy, the owner, e-mailed me back the next day and told me that she could do any of them for me and to let her know which one I wanted and she would price it out. I e-mailed her back on Friday and did not hear back from her. I called on Tuesday around 5:30pm and was rushed through the phone call. I explained to her what I wanted and when I needed it. She told me that the cake was going to cost to much money and she only makes layer cakes for weddings. During the 10 mins on the phone I could her her doing 50 different things instead of giving her attention to me. After all of that she told me what she would make and call me back with the price. I have not heard back from her. With my son's 1st birthday party less then 2 weeks away I have been unable to find amother place to do a custom Winnie the Pooh birthday cake. I will never use this place again. Never go by what the family tells you. I have read nothing good about this place. I hope No one else tries to use this place for a speical day.

I was looking at the pictures on the website, and I noticed that there is a picture of my sisters wedding cake from 2004. Funny how this picture is on the website when another lady made the cake- 4 years before this bakery was even open.
