Yeah, there's plenty of proof to back that up. And nothing to back up the preacher's story.

Well... where's the beef then? Do you have actual proof is kinda what I was asking, I maybe wasn't clear enough. So, if you'd care to, explain how you know what you know- just the facts, please...

Was anyone ever suspected in this by the police? Of course relying on the Pocahontas County Police Department to solve anything of significance is about a waste of time.

I think they solved it weeks ago. The preacher was lying.

If anyone truly wanted to know the truth about this matter they would find the truth as I did. How I learned this information is something that I choose not to disclose. THAT I know it is a fact and is all that I will say.

That's as much fact as me saying I know you're wrong. It doesn't hold any weight, but it sounds real good. Get it?

Im not interested in convincing anyone or changing anyone's mind. The truth is what it is, not what you or I or anyone else says it is. Criticizing the Sheriffs Dept has become fashionable and most people have lost their perspective. I haven't.

You are insisting on not revealing anything other than you know it's all a farce. If you're so confident in your intel and it's a slam dunk against Mr. Trigg, share it! Otherwise, you just come off looking like quite the fool...

If you want to insist that i appear foolish for not disclosing information about a pending matter to an anonymous public and at the insistence of someone whose identity is unknown, you go ahead and think that. Your perceptions of me are if no consequence whatsoever.

And he admitted the same.

Preacher signed a statement in the hands of the Sheriff's department saying:

"I don't know what, if anything, happened that night."

"My memory is bad."

"It might not have happened at all."

"I don't know if it happened or not."

"Please close the investigation."

Now you know the facts.

Case closed.

He lied for the publicity.

And in the process the Sheriff's department was unfairly trashed and the county was made to look racist, when it was all based on lies.

And to the fools who believed all this, well, you're fools yet again.

"Issues with coloreds"- How about having a perfectly good day ruined by nazi symbolizm everywhere you turn. Did you ever take your child out for trick or treat and have to explain what white power on an "adults" sweatshirt means? Oh how about a nazi running for sherrif. And I guess I'm supposed to feel safe? "People are scared" of what "colored issues"? Having what literally four african americans in the county and they cause issues. I see your point,yeah the gov. blows and simetimes because of sticking up for P.O.S.like hate groups and people that have no respect for life, and yeah stipulations are a drag, but try being scared to be yourself, the way God made you, try being brave enough to live your life and not have racism make you hate yourself. go ask trigg, i did, and he admitted that he gave a statement to the sheriff (walton i believe he said), in which he didn't remember anything, that what he said might not be true, and he wanted the investigation ended--right from the proverbial horse's mouth--he lied

Hmmm....something seems fishy there. Wonder if he was coerced into saying that?

I'd have to say the whole thing smells absolutely rotten. And if you believe that it's not, I have to wonder... change in how things are handled needs to come soon, and I feel it coming all around us. Innocents are not going to stand for corruption, bullying, or scare tactics anymore. I think a line is being drawn and a lot of folks are going to be in the "enough is enough" side of that line.
