Stay Clear of the "BLUE AND WHITE" ART GALLERY

The paintings of Nhamani are full of soul and impart a feeling of spiritual exaltation. They are full of figures drawn from Jewish tradition. It is very clear that the artist puts much thought into his work; the colors are calm and pastoral. The painting I bought gives me a sense of closeness to Israel and my Jewish roots.

I have bought several pieces of artwork including Agam lithographs and original work by Udi. He has shipped to the US when I have not been in Israel. He has always been honest and fair. I make it a point to visit blue and white gallery on every trip to Israel.

I have bought art at the Blue and White Gallery for years. First from Elyada Merioz who was the first person to move back into the Jewish Quarter. I have continued to purchase art from his son Udi Merioz who is an incredibly talented artist. Udi Merioz and his staff at the Blue and White gallery are honest and Udi is a Mentch.

I have been dealing with Udi Merioz for more than a dozen years and have bought a number of paintings from him. We are very proud to be owners of his work. Over 12 years ago we fell in love with his work & he told us he would make a painting with the dimensions we desired. We left no money behind. About about 5 months later an incredible painting showed up at our door. In those intervening months both my husband & I fell on some hardships as well as the Canadian dollar had tanked. Udi offered us the painting for free, can you imagine!! Of course times got better & we paid him. We have bought paintings of his since as well. When people admire his works in our house we always tell this story. Where would you ever find someone with such integrity? We are proud to call Udi a friend in Jerusalem!!!
