Would any one know why someone would be low life enough to steal a Chev. Trail Blazer from a drive way and take it to a remote location and then burn it?

This vehicle belonged to a single mother of two children, who has had very hard times in her life. This vehicle was the only nice vehicle she had ever owned and was really the only thing of value she owned. She bought this vehicle with money (long story) in a round about way from her Dad's estate when he died. She paid cash for it when purchased and was very proud to have it.
I hope the low life dirt bags that did this to her burn in hell for the rest of their lives.
Everything that goes around, comes around and I hope the day comes when they realize all the adversitities she has had to face in her life. She is a good mother, and her kids come first to her, she has scraped, bowed, and done without herself to provide for her children. There have been times in her life when she couldn't put anything on the table but Ramen noodles, But she always cared for them the best way she knew how, she has on very few occassions had child support money from her children's father, she has by shear backbone and the sweat of her brow provided for herself and them without any help. She has always done the very best by them she possibly could.
I don't understand what evil minded, pathetic loser would do something like this to her.

If you have heard anyone talking about this or have any information about this incident please provide that information now! It may make a difference in whether her insurance carrier pays for her vehicle, it would be such an injustice to someone who has always had to work so hard just to survive, and get by, to have her only transportation taken away, and now if her insurance doesn't get the information it needs, she will be without means of transportation as she cannot afford another vehicle. Thank you for any help that can be provided. Even if you heard something or saw something, you may not think important, it could be very valuable information.
