The driver should be cited for reckless endangerment, speeding, and vehicular manslaughter. The kids were on the side of the road, doing everything legal, the car driver admitted he could not see because of the sun, or glare form the sun, therefore, he should have slowed down, to 2 miles an hour in necessary,or stopped, until he could see clearly. Period. Ignorance and stupidity are NO excuse. If you drivers are in that much of a hurry, then you should have left yesterday. The roads are there for ALL of us to use, not just some jerk with a drivers license. On another view, I hope the driver realizes it was his fault and stops driving, as obviously he is not ready to drive.

We just ruturned home this afternoon from this beautiful area in Ohio. These buggies travel on the side of the road where possible. These buggy areas are also marked. It's the automobile drivers responsibility to be aware of these areas and drive accordingly. It breaks my heart that a family has lost three of their children due to this horrific accident.
