When will the needle vaccinations be available to the everyday person without underlying health conditions etc?

What about someone in their 40's who is prone to pnuemonia?? Are they eligible ?

Will people who work at a place where there are many kids and adults such as schools need to get a vaccine shots, or swine flu vaccine as well. I just turn 50 this summer and do get sick during the flu season.
