Cops investigate suspect's fatal collapse at precinct

Another case of police brutality..unarmed man who run from cops gets kills ..Police needs to understand that everytime they bust someone for any reason they dont know their healthy conditions...police are here to proctec us not to kills us....

Cops Investigate suspects fatal collapse at precint- to find excuses and create facts to clear themselves. The Feds should be conducting this investigation.

It took three officers to catch and subdue the 5-foot-8, 238- pound Lazo, who had $2,400 and more than a half-ounce of crack and powder cocaine on him, Fandrey said.

Here are a few FACTS. 1) he was obese at 5'8" and 238 lbs. 2) He was a drug user and dealer who was most likely eating large amounts of the coke/crack in his possession to avoid getting charged with it. 3) He ran from and fought with the police. Had he put his hands behind his back like a gentleman, not eaten crack/coke to avoid additional charges, not been a fat poor health druggie, he'd be alive. The blame lies with Kenny Lazo the twice convicted drug felon (confirmed on the NYS DOC inmate lookup website) and Kenny Lazo alone. His poor choices in life and on that night of his arrest are to blame for his death and no one elses.

A federal probe needs to be conducted to reveal the corruption within the SCPD. These officers need to recognize that they are not above the law and that covering up a crime is plain wrong. IAB needs to take a close look at these practices
