Just "THINK" you could be just one signature away, with the "RELEASE CLAUSE" from flushing your crap for almost free. Seem odd. Government streched for cash ? Hmmm.

Get a "CLUE". Nothing is free from any government agency or any other corporation, if there is no profit in some way, it will not happen. IT'S IS A CON. JUST LIKE THE SWINDLERS THAT REPRESENT THE GOVERNMENT...
