This Yang Rong is a faked dangerous person who was enlisted as a military/PLA spy before his relationship went sour with the Chinese government due to internal politics in China. He still maintains a close relationship with a fraction associated with the former Chinese President Jiang Zimin both here in the US and in China/Hong Kong. That is why as a criminal, he could easily escape out of China and still run a Hong Kong listed company via his associates and his "friends" within Jiang's fraction.
