All of Bay City should thank Joyce Black for her courageous efforts in supporting current and former Bay City workers in their fight against workplace injustices. The implementation of her vast knowledge and various capabilities is the primary reason former Mayor Richard Knapik is no longer in office.It is not suprising moronic minds have no appreciation for such a talent...Regardless of the negative names anyone calls her, none of those names either diminishes her talents not her brilliant mind...

None of Bay City thanks Joyce Black. The LACK of ANY knowledge is exactly the reason why she made such a poor showing for mayor and she in no way is responsible for the loss of Richard Knapik. Those MORONIC minds shut her down,along with qany influence she THOUGHT she had! LOL

I know Joyce very well and Novie H has it right but people need to understand getting rid of Knapik was not the only goal of voters it was to rid the city of the likes of Clark Young he is the real crook along with everyone he has hired into the city there is an active investagation by the FBI going on as I write elected officals of the city will so change as many could be serving time in jail and if Cory of Houston is defending our new mayor city records have been destroyed or altered under his watch and witnessed by a current city employee who has talked to the FBI I have seen many documents in question and i unlike cory know what is really going on in Bay City

and by the way cory people voted against knapik not for bricker people came together to vote knapik out of office if joyce had made the run-off she would be the new mayor of Bay City

If she had made the run-off? Kinda hard to do that when you only get 13% of the vote.
