Foco, Mosciski look to take public safety 'back to the people'

"Justice" sounds like an ex sheriff with sour grapes. It was Ronnie who took the deputy duties away from a Chippewa Police Officer not Sheriff Mosciski. It was Ronnie who spent the 2% money unwisely and the sheriff's office did not get anymore after that. Let's wait and see if Sheriff Mosciski requests and receives any 2% monies in the future. The Arenac voters did speak and clearly. Hope Ronnie enjoys working at Thelens in Standish. We will see if he treats people any better now that he does not wear the uniform or carry a gun.

Ok, Yes-Jim-Is-Back and Happy in Arenac County, lets step back and pull your head out of your AZZ. First of all, lets look at JIMMIE's performance over the years, matter of fact, pull the budgets from the County Treasurer Stawowy and see what JIMMIE has done. Always in the red, every damn year. JIMMIE is there for 4 more years to complete his damn retirement and thats the truth, ask the County Clerk Rockwell on that one, oh darn, is that true, YES. If JIMMIE doesn't get his way, mmmmmmmmmmmm, many documented items about how JIMMIE treats people, oh darn, another problem. Oh, what happen with the 13 MDD's that were suppose to be placed in the patrol units, Either YES-JIMMY or HAPPY, see what JIMMIE did with the $75,000.00 worth of equipment, OH DARN again, these were purchase by a GRANT at a cost of $6600 for the air cards per year, some how these units are GONE ???????? JIMMIE, TAKE THE 5TH again and look stupid in front of the judge again and keep your mouth shut and don't LIE!!!!!
Rocommon Jail might keep you again for the second time. It is amazing how people look at the good olde boy, its about time people in Arenac County stand back and see who and what you are electing. Contact Sheriff Miller in Bay County, ask him about JIMMIE and see what kind of an answer you get >>>> it won't be nice, believe me and if you don't call him and see for yourself. Another one is Detective Jenkins with the MSP, ask him and you might get the same answer. But anyway, nothing will make you people happy, I'm going to sit back and watch JIMMIE dig that big hole (SEXTON, Deep River Twp), damn that was good, or being a caterer and watch the IRS nail him again for lets see, NOT PAYING TAXES, opppssssssssssie forgot to pay those taxes, wow, oh yes, we know some of those people to paid JIMMIE for parties, weedings, and etc. and forgot about those receipts, OUCH, that hurts specially when the IRS can track those. Well anyway, lets see how long before the recall takes place or if JIMMIE becomes the next Horse's ASS AWARD, Arenac County second year in a row, and both of you, Happy and YES-JIM, I'm glad your happy with your vote.

"Justice" seems to think he knows that inside of the Sheriff's Department well, course with the help of Treasurer Stawowy. What happens if the Tresurer and commissioners team up to keep every penny out of the sheriff department budget even though they know that it will cause the budget to show up in the red? This is what they did to Sheriff Mosciski in the past. Then the new guy "Ronnie" gets the job of sheriff and wow!! we have all this money being put into the budget for the sheriffs department and of course it shows that he is underbudget. It does not take a genius to realize how to cook the books. Politicans do it all the time. Still Happy in Arenac County!

Hey Justice as I am reading your posts I am wondering if Sheriff Miller of Bay County that you put an emphasize on his opinion.... is the same one that had ticket dismissed for Ronnie Bouldin when he was at fault in an accident???? I wonder how that decision for good ole boy cronism helped the innocent driver that "Sheriff Boudlin" plowed into?

Also there appears to be much anger in your posts, perhaps you could turn that into something constructive for your community, instead of hiding in the shadows of the internet to post one sided comments?

As far as Jim being back to collect his retirement, this is a benefit that all of the county employee's elected, appointed, union and non union have, a person puts in their years of service and they in the end will receive a pension.

Well, "Justice" has been quiet. Must be difficult being on the outside trying to to look in. Just because Ronnie wanted something doesn't mean it is the correct thing. Sheriff Mosciski has the right to make changes and to run his department in the way he sees fit. Whether the work gets done in the car or in the office doesn't justify spending so much money on computers. There are 12 to 16 qualified divers available with this advance training which will benefit Arenac County. Just because Ronnie wanted that $1000.00 per month phone system doesn't mean that it was the best for Arenac County. Sheriff Mosciski gets to make the decision. Everyone remarks that the Sheriff's department is working much better and that the union contract has finally been completed with no problems unlike Ronnie's problems with the union.

Seems to me that Justice is just jealous that Jim Mosciski is a REAL cop not a wannabe like himself. Maybe Justice could go buy a house and help out the economy in Arenac County.

Lived and worked in Arenac County for years, Happy, I see your from the Auburn area and Arenac Res, again, you people have no idea what Jim has done in the past. When Jim lost 4 years ago, Deep River Twp where Jim lives, voted him down. Thats bad when you lose your election, specially in the Twp. you live in, are these people ALL wrong, maybe, but alot of us know what really happen behind the scenes. Now, stated above, jealous that Jim is a REAL cop and a wannabe, hell no, maybe some of us have a badge and make more money than the $43,000 that he makes, that is peanuts. The problem is, is Jim a true blue guy for the County of Arenac, No he is not. He has hurt alot of people behind the scenes, not in public view. The other ones that will know that is the people that worked there and knows what happen.

Jim only makes $41,000 so maybe the rest of your facts about Jim are wrong too Live in Arenac but Moved. Also about the destinations of where it states we are from, it is the location of the internet provider. With wireless a person can be anywhere. As far as Deep River goes, Jim won Deep River so the liars that tarnished Jim with all their lies didn't win this time. Check your facts before running off at the mouth!

Arenac Res, you are wrong, Jim lost Deep River Twp to Bouldin in 2004 in the election, lost in his own township. Check with the County Clerk Rick Rockwell and for the $41,000, thats peanuts for a salary. And what I said about in the above statement is damn true, you can believe it or not, but it is true. And yes, I lived there for over 40 years in Arenac County and I'm glad that I retired and moved. I was a resident of Deep River and have known Jim way over 30+ years. Again time will tell, many people are watching Jim very close, maybe too close for errors again, just watch and see what will happen.

First of all, I'm not perfect, hell of a long ways away on that one, also I know money isn't everything, again you stated that ALL THE LIES being spread by Jim haters, come on, who took and money, read the MSP report on Jim, you can receive a copy if needed, lied to the people of Arenac, lied to the MSP detective, and even stood mute infront of the Judge, or took the 5th. TO: Lived in Arenac BUT Moved--you can take your MSP report and use it for toilet paper because that is all the worth I put into it. I have seen and been a victim of the Arenac County politics to know that they can take a small pimple and make it into a giant tumor where a tumor doesn't exist. So your MSP report means nothing to me. I supported Jim during that MSP report and I will continue to support him.

As far as any IRS taxes all that information is confidential. Where is your proof? Where are the documents? More lies that no one can prove.

What I can prove is Ken Kernstock went after Jim because Ken's son was arrested and convicted for drug use-so let's use his position as Commissoner to make Jim's life hell. Amy Lynch another Jim hater because of ther son's crimes. Tim Hagley is an open book on all the reasons why he went after Jim. Jan Stressman has a son that has a mile long record and blames Jim that is why she was using her position as Commissioner to put ole Ronnie Bouldin in a county position. The list goes on and on.

Jim was there for me when no one else was. Jim took the time to help when no one else would. And that is ALL that matters to me.

Hey if you got a request then produce the proof. Just because you get a request from the IRS doesn't mean diddly squat. Produce the proof that taxes were owed and had to be paid.

As far as you say cheating and lying goes. There couldn't of been much to your so called request from the IRS because I didn't see anything about any charges for tax fraud against Jim in the Bouldin Bulletin a.k.a. the Arenac Independent. So there must not have been much to your IRS request if such a IRS request ever existed.

Like I said before---Arenac politics can cause a pimple to grow into a giagantic tumor where no tumor exists.

Seems like "moved" is part of a larger group of people that made it their business to pursue an Arenac person. Why did this group not look into "Ronnie" when they supported him? Ronnie was none of the things that he told people. He did little if any of the things he bragged about. Most every thing he wrote or spoke about was untrue. Where were you? No one is perfect but lying when running for such an important job is unthinkable. Arenac County paid dearly for four years of Ronnie. Ronnie left Arenac County with a phone system that would have cost $1000.00 per month and it wasn't even figured into the 2009 budget Ronnie prepared before leaving office. As far as the IRS goes, I hope you are proud of yourself! What about a certain use-to-be township supervisor who used his job to play with peoples property assessments. Kept certain people's taxes low and raised others. It has cost his township tons of money and it is not over yet, to fix the records and prove to the State of Michigan that things are in order and fairly done. What about these things?

Happy, now, are you talking about Deep River Township ???? Years ago, Jim's brother Fred Mosciski was Supervisor, Jim's sister was the Treasuer, Rang, who did the assessments in Deep River was also related and various of people including Jim was the sexton in Deep River, the whole damn family. Remember when they raise the retirement level, all these part time people had reirement, LARGE payoffs. Again, taxpayers in Deep River Twp and Arenac County forget these items again. Now regarding to MOVE, yesw many rumors about the IRS, if I remember right, he was fine by the IRS, unknown amount regarding not paying taxes, well unlike many people I guess in government. Yes Watcher lets talk about Deep River. The whiners complained about relatives of Mosciski in office. Yet the current treasurer has his wife as his deputy and the current clerk has her brother as her deputy. Plus they gave themselves thousands of dollars in raises. The current assessor has complaints against him with Lansing and this is progress?
