This is blatant insane violence and should be punished to the maximum allowable by law.

How about keeping the idiots from driving on the beach first?

Why mot make all roads be closed for all cars so animals can walk freely on them too and you can walk to the beach from your home !

Here in Ocean Park on the peninsula in Southwest Washington it is legal to drive on the beaches (They are considered State highways here!)except for certain times of the year when the Snowy Plover nests in the sand of the northernmost area of the peninsula. As a volunteer for the Washington State University COAAST program which monitors coastal birds, I have personally witnessed this kind of sick behavior too often...the last time with a flock of Caspian Terns. Not only is driving the 20+ miles of shoreline a hazard for bird populations, seals and clams, it is also a dangerous place to walk or just enjoy the beach. It is a common sight to see people speeding through the surf, spinning out in the sand and getting trapped in the incoming tides. We are overdue for outlawing beach driving.

Daily Horoscope for December 28

Pisces

This is another good day to be tactful, and if anything you'll be even more successful than you were yesterday. This is not to be sneezed at, so seize the opportunity to talk to people who can sometimes be very touchy or who need to be handled with kid gloves. If you meet someone who's older or more influential than you, you'll be a big hit with them.
