Governor Henry To Survey Tornado Damage

He should have just stayed home and sent the money it is costing to get him here. He is just in the way for people trying to help.

Sure, he's going to go to the president and say, well, I haven't seen it myself, but I hear it's pretty bad and these people need help. I'm not a fan of Governor Henry, but come on now. My heart goes out to these people. It could be any of us that Mother Nature took out her fury on but she chose these communities.They need all the help they can get.

At least your Governor cares about ALL people, regardless of partisan politics. From CNN today:

"Aboard Air Force One, Bush contacted Georgia Gov. Sonny Perdue and Missouri Gov. Matt Blunt and spoke with Henry after arriving at the White House. Bush did not specify what support the federal government would provide."

Do you notice something here? No mention of your state! Why? Because your governor is a Democrat. Shame on Bush. Here he goes again, just like after Hurricane Katrina and the tornados in Kansas. This is not time for party politics. We are ALL AMERICANS.

Did you think that maybe he didn't call from Airforce One because they got back to the Whitehouse before he made his call?? And that since the article mentioned that the storms had hit in these three locations that most people reading the article would get that Henry was from Oklahoma?? And did you ever think that maybe you are being petty?? And that maybe just maybe it has nothing to do with being a Democrate and a Republican??

Did you pay any attention to what you were reading, if you read the article at all? The following was a few paragraphs above the one you quoted....

The article had already identified Governor Henry. Since politics has nothing to do with the tragic story anyway, this just shows your foolishness.

when 90% of Tulsa and surrounding area was without power last december I didn't see any Tulsa residents complaining about Brad Henry being here....now that it's a small town people are whining and complaining.
