AND Jason, we missed you, the Bamberg Killer's GOOD friend in court.What happen? Thought you may have woke up about those KILLERS,but guess not. How can you still go on this site and seem to defend 2 THINGS that did what they did? Jason , I would like to kn ow which church you attend because I would like to go there one Sunday for a visit just to see what they are teaching and possibly meet you in all your glory and sanctification . Why do you find it sooo hard to believe that the Bamberg's are really guilty as charged and convicted . Damon's own father has denounced him because after all the evidence came out in trial he also believes him to be guilty .

Well Jene L I was following your statement and some what agreeing until you got to your sympathy and prayers for those gone astray,you see this act of violence was well planned out months in advance,they had ample time to change their mind,what ever the judge sentences them to could not add up to what they did to Nikki,they should get death....guess I'm just not as much of a cristian as you are and me and my God will deal with that.

Having not had the opportunity to be at the trial or talk to anyone who has first hand knowledge or to hear and see all the evidence in this case, I don't know or haven't heard about any planning or the time it took. All I know about this has come from here and the original news story. I wish I could get a copy of the court transcript to read and try to understand this myself.. It would make accepting this easier for me from the standpoint of past memories of these people and how they used to be.

anyone can get a copy of the court transcript,and sounds like you really need one so you can see just how their murder plot was laid out months in advance,offering to pay to have nikki killed and to top it off getting a life insurance policy on nikki months after she left and making sonja the beneficary...you really need that transcript.

it is scientifically impossible for D.J or Sonya to have commited this crime. There is a hurricane of circumstancial evidence against them and only a thunderstorm of evidence to support the idea that they didn't do it. unless they had accomplices who actually commited the murder, how do any of you figure it's possible to get in a dispute with someone, let them drive off, wait four minutes then get in your' car and drive the opposite direction *(heading towards the police station to file a report on the incident) and get to the police station only one minute after the call comes in that shots have been fired, all while having no gun powder residue on yourselves or the car you were driving. At 80 mph it takes 20 minutes to get from where she was killed to the police station they went to....... for the love of god use you'r logic. Good peoples' lives are on the block and the populace are screaming for blood, I know it's impossible to reason with a mob but this witch hunt is killing me because people I care about are getting dragged through the mud and hung out to dry in a box for the rest of their lives when there is enough concrete evidence that they didn't commit the murder and that evidence was dismantled in court because the dispatch officer "sometimes used the clock on the wall instead of the clock on the computer" to write down the transcript of the calls that came in...... This is insane.

You sure as hell sound like April to me and if you are that would explain your inability to perceive that the evidence submitted was enough to convict the right people . If you are not April then you are just another mis-guided idiot who has been pulled into the Bamberg web of lies . There is absolute concrete evidence that they purchased a life insurance policy on Nikki after she had moved out and Sonya was the benificiary . Nikki did not even know about this . Fifty thousand dollars with a clause that would make it one hundred and fifty if she died accidentally . She damned sure didn't kill herself so who else do you think would benefit the most . You don't have a clue what you are even talking about so you need to just give it up and wait til the sentencing is done and they go thru processing and get to their final destination - then you can haul your stupid ass on in to see them on visitation day . Twelve people who did not know them or Nikki found them guilty and one of the smartest judges in the state is going to hand them their prison papers . Maybe you could contact the judge and ask her to be easy on them like they were easy on Nikki . You've got to be one of the biggest fools there is by continuing to stand by these two psycho murdering maniacs .The only thing insane in this whole thing is that they didn't get the death penalty . That chair hasn't been used in a while , I sure wish they could have warmed it up one more time for them . Maybe if you pray real hard they will overturn the verdict on appeal - NOT !

if only that were true. I talked to the court recorder last week and she told me it would be months before one would be available as part of the public record, and if i wanted a copy before then it would cost me several thousand dollars
