Am I the only one who sees that the Battlement Mesa Company is running their company like a bunch of Slum Lords? Battlement used to be the afforable place to live and now I think they have gotten greedy....Thanks to the oil boom. Don't get me wrong i'm not bashing the oil workers or anything.....you can't get a lease over 6 months and now they charge huge amounts of rent for crappy little trailers. They're the perfect outdoor community....everything looks great outside but once you get inside it's a whole different story. We're moving out.... why pay eight hundred dollars a month on a rental when you could pay that on a morgage? I honestly don't know how the people who work for them sleep at night.

Amen, to this one. Now its $950 for a fire trap. Horrible place to rent from.
