I would like to point out that I had been doing research on David Magsam for an unrelated matter. At the time I posted it, I believed the allegations to be true. Since that posting, I have learned that indeed the allegations are not true, it appears I was misled. I want to apologize at this time to David Magsam. Certainly if there was any truth to this matter, it would have been revealed by the extensive back ground check he just completed. At the time I beleived that the allegations were true and since he is now a public figure, I felt it my duty to let people now about it. I regret this unfortunate situation. Again, DAVID MAGSAM HAS NOT BEEN ACCUSED OF CHILD MOLESTING, I WAS WRONG AND I AM SORRY.
