up grading the police state, I feel much safer, infact I feel safer in the company of crimanals, then in the presence of vancouvers finest, at least I know what to expect from a crimanal.

Protect yourself. The police can't be everywhere. Budget cuts will make it even worse.
Watch out for each other. Don't take crap from punks and gangbangers. Stop loot rail. Keep weird Portland on their side of the river.
