If it is now illegal to fart in this country, I think I'm looking at the death penalty. Is Florida really wasting time treating this kid as a criminal instead of a special ed student. He clearly has a behavior deficit and needs another type of classroom.

What ever happened to after school detention? Arrested for farting and being a fool? What a joke. I'd be interested in seeing if this kid graduates to being a real criminal after this episode.

These people are stupid, pathetic, thin-skinned cowards with an apparently overblown sense of self-importance.

YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO COMFORT!

If you use your cops to protect you from farts, your community is pathetic and you are cowardly losers. These people should be humiliated to live among such pathetic people.

If you prosecuted people for stupidity, you could probably clean up this community really good.

People like this should be the object of ridicule and scorn. It might be time for these losers to give up at life.

The problem this boy will face in court is that he was caught with the weapon on his person and it was probably concealed and he does not have a license for it. However there are no ballistics tests yet developed that can positively link the fart to said weapon. I predict acquittal.
