Pat Davis is no longer with the Management company at all.

I did not hear of accounting problems or theft but they always say that after they leave. She did hurt a lot of people and stayed longer than I thought she would. There were romurs about why she staid so long. People always said she was a little off but as far as I know she is still there.

Well,
Normandy Village is not a wonderful place. If you have not done any maintance for a number of years and the repairs you have done were shoddy and incomplete "band Aids" you can't bring it up to speed in 2 months. People I know who still live on site say nothing has really changed. Call the office and see how long it takes to get a call back.

Who names themself after subdivison? Normandy Village is not Bocage it is more like mall city. New manager is as bad as old manager and there are a few more law suits now.

Big push for maintainance was painting the dumpsters not actually painting the buildings or cleaning the laundry room / mail box room. I spoke to a lady who said her a/c has been out for 3 weeks and that there is no time line for repairs. The office staff blames the management company.

It is a shame they lie and say near Bocage or Bocage area when it is actually near "Mall City" old run down and not nice. A lot of crime happens because of this place. Do not rent with out looking carefully at the area.

I wouldn't get out of the car in that area.
Guess they forgot about those three kids who were murdered out there earlier in the summer.
If you live in that part of town the odds are slim you won't be a victim of crime..
