the 18 year old victom happens to be my friend and i think that the 14 year old should be sentenced death he deserves it my friend had knw ritt o be stabbed and shouldnt be in the condition hes in that 14 year old little boy thinks hes hard he aint so he needs to get that out of his head

That 18 year old is not my friend and the 14 year old should be commended for defending himself!

Everyone who was involved should have some kind of punishment.Why is a 14 year old carrying a knife? What is happening to our world? What ever happened to fighting with your fists and not a weapon.
Somehow I think there's more to this story than what we know.

Your right,everyone involved including the 18 year old victim's parents that took him there should be punished, and the knife,well not condoning it but if 15 kids were coming to my house with baseball bats and 2x4's don't know what I'd do? This 14 year old kid was at his home.

well maybe seans parents shouldnt have taken him there. they had it coming, they need to let the whole annie thing go, its STUPID! and immature, sammy had every right to do what he did, they attacked him at his house. im glad sean got charged too!

Maybe seans parent shouldnt have brought him to sammys house and this never would have happened this is the 3rd time they went to sammys house to cause problems and colonial regional police were told about it various time and asked to do something about it and did they ofcourse not..then they wonder why stuff llike this happens..i know sean and i know sammy and half the people that were there..sammy had every intention of doing it he was being beaten and it was 2 against 15 what was he suppose to do? get beaten till he was dead? pennslyvanias state law of self defense says sammy had every intention to do it..so why isnt the police or the court doing their job..just because seans mother is a liar saying she was at a bar when she was there and she drove them? i mean come on people start doing your job and you will find out alot more..sean and annie dont even know who stabbed him and they addmitted it..they just "think" it was sammy so they say...and wheres the knife that stabbed him..sean and his friends brought the knife...i mean come on there were 15 people there with sean that were trying to beat up sammy...jamir,chris,tyler,mark ie,sean,eddie..they were all there how come they are getting away with all this..its not right...

first off seans parents were not there his father lives in NJ....and the mother was at the bar and did not kno this was goin on....and sammy paul buskirk should goto jail and who ever is sayin sean braught the knife you are stupid why would he stab himself duhh do you get the picture and it was not at there house it was on the sidewalk so before any of use start talkin get it straight....

15 kids went to the buskirks residents,with pipes 2by 4's and all kind of weapons.sammy had every right to defend himself in this matter 15 people we are talkin about.They went there with weapons to do harm...period

Pennsylvania's state law for self defense is below the waist. So, Sammy cannot use self defense. Thank you !
