Soo your saying that a water balloon fight put a man in jail .!That's really stupid.What did he do to get put in jail besides the balloons.THAT'S REALLY STUPID.!!!In my mind It's stupid .come on a simple water balloon .I mean i can understand he being put in jail for thourghing then at cops or people .
