When a City kid dies like this, the RPD arrests the parents right away, or at least tell the media that it is a "suspicious death" to make the parents look guilty.

Maybe it is becasue in this story they actually know who the parents are and who was supervsing the child at the time. It was not one of many of the revolving door baby daddys and "cousins" caring for the child, that occurs too often in the city. |

marcus was a great child and meant the world to alot of people including me. he is tghe same age as my son and my other nephew.. they were close. how do you explain to a child that there cousin tha is the same age is in heaven. marcus will be missed and may his soul live on in the hearts of his friends and family.
