Have you ever thought that animal abusers should be on a list like sex abusers -- then it's published and people won't sale animals to these people. How would they like to be treated the way they treated those poor animals! People like that should never be allowed to have any other pets! My heart goes out to the animals and it's great the SPCA and law enforcement agency stepped in before it was too late for the survivors!

As a breeder of dogs, I would LOVE for there to be a list of people like this to avoid! However, usually getting references from a vet, or groomer is enough. Breeders and people selling/adopting out animals MUST be selective of who they are giving animals to. However there ARE deceptive people out there who will do anything to get an animal!

This isn't the first time! That's what is really sad. Says a lot for law enforcement and Animal control. The girls mom's home housed some of the animals until they were taken away. The daughter, Dimick, was allowed to take them. How's that for justice? Way to follow up on these animals. Now some are dead and they again get a slap on the wrist with a minor one count charge. One dog is missing an ear due to this whacko cropping the ears herself. It became infected, rotted and fell off. They deserve time in jail and should never ever be allowed to own so much as a pet rock!

There is no excuse for animal abuse. If you can't take care of any animal properly, then you should not be allowed to own one. They are at our disposal for proper care. Don't leave them out where they can't get food or water. Perhaps stronger prison sentences would help.
