he was talking about Titus and J Falwell, yet not 5 minutes before in talking with a woman who was into hero worship of JR and wanted him alone to baptize her, Johnny clearly stopped in the middle of Acts 2:38

And according to this teaching Acts 2:38 has nothing to do with the reception of the Holy Spirit?!?!

SO she had to know that Acts 2:38 was for remission of sins yet the spiritual birth that is the point of the passage is ignored?!?!?!?!
