I don't know why there is no mention of the reasons why Brattleboro has let their infrastructure deteriorate to the point that it has. Water main leaks, 40 year old sewage treatment plants that polutes the river, roads with potholes so big they would trap a tank, traffic snarls due to overloaded roads too narrow to pass the required traffic. Thank god the incompetent people managing the city's facilities are not the same people running Vermont Yankee or we would all be doomed.
