Never have I seen such a blantent abuse by SC state employees where as they are accessing personal information via government computers or government accounts concerning their friends, family members and/or their associates, along with their own neighbors. And then in some cases, covertly deceminating this information without authorization.

The SC Legislators need to put checks and balances in place along with laws mandating that state and/or any local government employees doing this kind of deceptive activity is criminal conduct and subjected to termination of employement and jail time.

The self policing system within government agencies does not work.
