Yes I know that that stole another builders plan , copied the pics and used for marketing. Think about it, If they are capiable of this kind of underhanded behaviour what are the poor buyers in for?

Well, I don't know anything about all that, but I met with the owners last week and I really liked tham and the condos. They are actually all Condos-you can purchase or lease purchase. They are a good price, I think for the level of construction and amenties. There are a lot of things that you can;t get anywhere else.

You have to be kidding me. Are you NOT the owner’s wife Paula? I will ask you, WHERE did their plans come from. I cannot wait to get a response. I can tell you any decent homebuilder in St. Louis respects other Homebuilders and would NEVER copy plans and then try to affiliate themselves with the builders they stole the plans from. It is unethical, desperate and down right shameful. What happened to GET an original thought?

Whoa Joe. Take it easy. I'm not the builder's wfe you loon! Sounds like yu know the owner and might have a personal grudge. I don't know where the hell their plans came from and I don't really care. A nice place to live is a nice place to live. An affordable home is an affordable home. Get a life.

No, sorry Paula, I don't really know the Valle Creek builder personally (nor do I want to). I'm a contractor who was mislead into believing H&H owned the plans and almost got caught up in the lawsuit. Had interviews with 2 large law firms who are handling the suit.I hear it's a BIG one and a lot of people are going to be exposed and in trouble.It's been under investigation for over a year. If this was done to my company I would do the same thing.

When and where did you meet the owners and why? You sound very supportive of their project and have several postings defending it for just an average person on the street. Maybe you aren't "Paula" after all. Since no one actually lives there yet, how do you know it's a nice place to live? How do you know about the level of construction?
